vegasstar is exclusively available to persons aged 21 and above who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under Philippine law. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.
Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. All transactions are in Philippine Peso. Withdrawals require a verified account and are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts.
All bonuses at vegasstar are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met. Abuse of promotions may result in account suspension.
Each player may hold only one vegasstar account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these terms and may result in the forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts and permanent suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vegasstar login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately.

Each individual may hold only one active vegasstar Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. vegasstar reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any balances and Bonus Funds held therein, and impose a permanent ban on the associated identity.
You must ensure that all information provided at registration — including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and payment details — is accurate and kept up to date. Any changes to your registered information must be notified to vegasstar's support team without undue delay. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your vegasstar Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vegasstar will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify vegasstar immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
Before processing your first withdrawal, vegasstar requires completion of Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, proof of registered address, and in certain cases, proof of source of funds. Verification is conducted in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine AML legislation.
vegasstar accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your vegasstar Account Balance in Philippine Peso. vegasstar does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within 24 hours. vegasstar reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Funds may only be withdrawn to accounts registered in the Player's own legal name.
All financial transactions on the vegasstar Platform are subject to monitoring in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine AML legislation under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended by Republic Act No. 10365. vegasstar is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds is prohibited and constitutes a violation of Philippine law.

Upon Account termination for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion, vegasstar will conduct a review of the Account Balance. Where no fraud, breach, or other violation is identified, the remaining withdrawable Balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

All content on the vegasstar Platform — including but not limited to the vegasstar name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of vegasstar or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without vegasstar's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vegasstar's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform and these Terms and Conditions — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vegasstar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if vegasstar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
vegasstar does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
vegasstar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the vegasstar Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
vegasstar complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, compliance obligations, fraud prevention, and the delivery of vegasstar's gaming and support services.
vegasstar will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and vegasstar arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe vegasstar has not adequately addressed their complaint may also refer the matter to PAGCOR through its established player complaint resolution process.
vegasstar reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform not less than 14 days before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.
Your continued use of the vegasstar Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
The version of these Terms and Conditions in effect on the date of any transaction or dispute is the version that governs that transaction or dispute.
