We may request proof of identity before processing any data subject rights request.
The vegasstar Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. vegasstar does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If vegasstar becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that data will be deleted immediately, the associated Account will be suspended, and all transactions conducted under that Account will be voided in accordance with vegasstar's Terms and Conditions.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 21 has registered a vegasstar Account or provided personal data to vegasstar, please contact the Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 14 so that the matter can be investigated and resolved promptly.
The vegasstar Platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services — including payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as game software providers. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
vegasstar is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing your personal data directly to that service. vegasstar's data processing agreements with service providers require them to maintain data protection standards consistent with the Philippine DPA where applicable.
vegasstar reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR requirements, or NPC guidance. The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last reviewed and updated.
Material changes to this Privacy Policy — including changes to the purposes for which data is processed, new categories of data collected, or changes to data sharing arrangements — will be communicated to registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform not less than 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the vegasstar Platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to the updated data processing practices described in the revised Policy.
